Project Red
Trade and media were invited to join Wirra Wirra’s head winemaker and Marco Giora for a hands-on masterclass in the fine art of Venetian butchery. Held at Arteveneta in Melbourne, the event was to celebrate the annual release of the 2012 flagship red wines. A second event was held at Colin Fassnidge's restaurant Four in Hand in Sydney where guests sampled the latest releases and dined on a whole suckling pig.
