North Eastern Community Hospital is a not-for-profit,
community-owned private hospital and nursing home facility. NECH engaged CC to
develop a marketing communication strategy for their clinical and aged care
facilities. The people-centric strategy outlined brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue
growth objectives, as well as improving internal
communications and stakeholder engagement with GPs and specialists.
Separately to this, I managed the public relations and produced
video content for a special project in partnership with UniSA and Ecas4. NECH
were the first hospital in Australia to introduce the Ecas4 technology which eliminates
pathogens and bacteria from the water supply.
